Over the last 25 years, I have bought and sold houses with many of the top real estate agents in New York and California. Carol,
We never really get a chance to talk, so I thought I would drop you a note.
I must say, and this is without any "suck up intentions" that you are the best realtor I have worked with. I know that your buyers and sellers are probably always happy but the truth is they really don't know the half of it. I probably see 300 deals a year and 90% is from buyer referral, I'm sure you understand that scenario. There are not any agents as honest as you, at least that I have encountered. With you and Denise I never feel pressured - you know what I mean. I just do my job, put the cards on the table and you help your buyers deal with it or find them another property. This is the way all real estate deals should be.
I had a call on Friday from an agent that I have done a lot of work for. After I booked two inspections with them they said Ron I need these deals to happen - get the picture. I said, you know what, I forgot to insert a few inspections into my schedule and I am completely booked for the next two weeks. It was sad because I lost all respect I had for them. I do have the utmost respect for you and Denise - you're the best out there.
